In 2003, Ride-Away expanded its presence in New England by opening up a fourth satellite location in Essex Junction, VT. Along with covering New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and parts of Rhode Island, Ride-Away now covered all of Vermont, as well as parts of upstate New York. Briant started working at Ride-Away in December 2007. A former manager of a lucrative restaurant and bar, he decided it was time for a career change. Briant wanted to do something that would allow him to help other people, as well as allow him to spend more time with his family. Since he has been with Ride-Away, Briant has become a well established General Manger in the company. When asked the best part about his job, Briant replied, "Being able to have the opportunity to help people gain their mobility."

Roger joined the Ride-Away team in October 2007. A former Assistant Lead Technician for a floral equipment dealership, Roger is no stranger to automotive equipment. After thinking about a career change, Roger realized he wanted to help people and follow in the shoes of his mother who was nurse and helped people everyday. When asked the best part about his job, Roger said, "Being able to help people who think there is no possible way they can drive again."

Amanda started working at Ride-Away in April 2005. She is no stranger in knowing what it takes to help people because she used to work at a nursing home and help people everyday. Still wanting to help people, but in a different environment, Amanda decided to come to Ride-Away. When asked the best part about her job, Amanda said, "Putting smiles on people's faces."
